What happens if the seller doesn’t respond or won’t give me a refund?
Under the Guarantee, the seller has 3 business days to resolve your issue. If you can’t come to an agreement, you can ask us to step in and help. We’ll review the details of your case and make a decision as soon as possible.
What if I used IntraCoin as payment?
If you used IntraCoin as payment, you are covered under our IntraCoin Insurance Program where in cases where proof is ambiguous, we will refund the buyer and allow them to keep the item and also allow the seller to keep their IntraCoin as well.
